Shipping - U.S.A. / International
- When your apparel order is placed, it is processed and fulfilled by a third party within 2-7 business days. Orders typically ship within 3 business days of your order confirmation
- Shipping speeds vary based upon location, carrier availability and method. Most domestic orders are delivered within 10 days of purchase, based upon the aforementioned factors.
- We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time - PROJECT Invincible cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control or additional customs fees that may occur during the shipping process

- Flat rate shipping via USPS/FedEx is available for all domestic orders.
- Shipping time for orders can range anywhere between 3-8 business days upon fulfillment
- Please note that shipments made outside the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be responsible for covering these charges.
- At this time, flat rate shipping is offered for all international orders:
Europe: 5-10 business days without tracking
Worldwide: 10-20 business days without tracking
Project Invincible Media Return Policy
- This service is non-refundable, unless events beyond our control prevent us from shooting your event. All media package sales are final.
Apparel Return Policy: 14 days from delivery of product
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 28 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
